Like many things at Blue Moon Caterers, we handle tastings differently than most caterers.
Blue Moon Caterers conducts complementary tastings for prospective catering clients several times a year where we present a wide range of our most popular products in a group setting for their consideration. These group events are conducted at our venue, Villa Luna, located in West Wichita, and are typically scheduled on Wednesday evenings, and Sunday afternoons, and last about 90 minutes. The schedule is posted about six months in advance (see below for currently scheduled tastings). We also touch briefly on other catering products and services available (such as serviceware and linens) to assist you in your event planning.
While we may not present the exact products you are considering, you will get a feel for our quality, presentation, and the level of service you can expect at a Blue Moon Caterers event, and clients are typically able to infer how these might translate to the elements of their particular event plan.
Due to the number of clients attending these events, we are unable to utilize this time for detailed event planning, and it is more beneficial to schedule a consultation at a different time with a member of our sales team to discuss your event. These can be done in person, or over the phone, and we are flexible in our scheduling to accommodate your particular calendar needs.
We limit attendance to four guests per client, though we can add additional guests for a small fee. Attendance is by reservation only. Please call us at 316.612.4694, or e-mail us at email@example.com to make a reservation.

Private tastings are available, where clients can sample any products desired. These are events we can schedule as most any time that is convenient for the client, with ten days notice. For meals, the fee is $100 for the first menu, and $50 for each additional menu. Hors d’oeuvres are $25 per item. These fees are good for up to four guests. Additional guests are $15 per person.
