Blue Moon Caterers has three grades of disposable serviceware. This fee covers all needed plates, utensils, and napkins at any event, including hors d’oeuvres, dinner, and desserts.
Densely compressed black foam plates, with black plastic utensils, and a high quality eighth fold dinner napkin. These are surprisingly sturdy and attractive, and are easy on the budget.
$.75 per guest
Stiff clear plastic plates and utensils, and a high quality eighth fold dinner napkin. Neutral and strong, these will work in almost any situation.
$1.35 per guest
Contemporary square stiff black plastic plates and silver coated plastic utensils, and a high quality eight fold dinner napkin. Stylish and highly functional.
$2.50 per guest
Blue Moon Caterers can provide bone white china dinner and dessert plates, plus glass salad plates to give your event that upscale feel you’re looking for. As in disposables, the fee covers any needs for the event that arise. A high quality eighth fold dinner napkin is included (though most clients selecting china also trade up to cloth napkins…see linens page).
Blue Moon Caterers has two grades of silverware…Plain and Elegant
China with Plain Stainless Silverware $3.25 per guest
China with Elegant Stainless Silverware $3.60 per guest.
All beverages provided by Blue Moon Caterers come with disposable drinkware as part of the cost of the beverage.
Blue Moon Caterers also has virtually any type of glassware needed for any event. These are rented at $.85 per glass (in lots of 24).
In addition to the items listed above, many catered events require other items to provide appropriate service to their guests. Blue Moon Caterers has a large supply of just about anything you might need:
